We are situated on the unspoilt coast of Costa Calida in the small fishing village of Los Nietos which overlooks the Mar Menor. The Mar Menor is the the largest natural lagoon (or inland sea) in Europe and is separated from the Mediteranean by the La Manga Strip. The warm, shallow water makes it ideal for family holidays and watersport enthusiasts. The   water is reputed to be beneficial for health. There are excellent golfing opportunities in the area and the apartment is only 7km from the world famous La Manga golf resort.

Los Nietos is only one hour from Alicante airport and 30 minutes from Murcia(Alicante/San Javier) airport   where there are frequent low cost flights from all over the UK including Stansted.

The apartment was completed in the late Spring of 2005 and is on the upper floor of a two storey, small development with lovely views over the Mar Menor, mountains and farmland. The front of the property overlooks a large garden area which has a children's play park and a boules court.

The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and dining area, with sliding glass doors opening onto one of the terraces. The American style kitchen is totally equipped and is fitted with hob, fridge freezer, microwave/grill oven and washing machine. The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning and the lounge and bedrooms also have ceiling fans.There is a communal pool and it is only 2 minutes walk to the beach. The private roof sun terrace (solarium) is lovely to take in the beautiful views or relax with a cool drink. There are table and chairs and a barbecue for al fresco dinning in the warm evenings. The ground floor terrace has room for parking a car. There is a television/dvd and radio/cd player with a selection of music and films. Bed linen and towels are provided and there is a hairdryer. The only things you should need to take are your clothes and a beach towel.
